Many Lexus owners are still suffering from a lack of RPM below 500 rpm at signals or congestion when not turning on the air conditioning or lights, despite the throttle cleaning.
The solution is very simple ..I'm going to add the photo and all you have to do is open the lid which is upper the throttle and clean the cavity with a carburettor cleaning or injecor cleaner.
