On my Dash it says my left front door is open when the doors are closed. Start the car and the warning beep and shift to Park is on the dash when i put it in D. I changed the door jam sensor it didnt do anything. some times my alarm would go off randomly in the night. The red open doors light is on if the car is off. what can it be? I also disconnected the battery for like 10 minutes. Hooked it back up and on start up my idle was really low like below 500rpm.

 

So today i went out to attempt to see if i could fix it maybe clean the ground where the door sensor is but what do you know its all good like nothing even happend back to normal again. Lol! the sensor i installed works fine. The electrical always seems to act weird. although my idle was really low like 450. my guess is when i unplugged the battery the computer needs time to reset. i drove around and tried to reset the cycle. it bounced back up to normal 6-700 rpm. We'll see if anything weird happens again.
