Default No power to OEM fogs

hello all!

08 Gs460 owner and have been having issues getting the OEM fog lights to work as of a few months ago. After a torrential rain, neither side worked so I checked and there was a blown 15A FR FOG fuse on the front controller (body control module) which I replaced but no change. There was a previous post that mentioned the fog light relay was inside of the body control module (89211 30030). I do not hear an audible relay click from the body control module/engine bay fuse box area when turning the ring to activate the fogs with low beams on, although the dash indicates the fogs are on. I went as far as to replace the actual body control module thinking it may be the internal relay...no luck still. I've tested with a multimeter and it doesn't look like I'm getting power to the fog light harness plug, but from what I can tell I am getting power to the body control module (89211 30030). Looking for some help to diagnose this issue as I'm not sure what else to check and haven't found wiring diagrams online for the fog lights harness. Are there other relays or fuses I should be checking?

Any help is much appreciated as I miss the look of my fogs.

Did you try to re-seat the 15A FR FOG fuse ? Could be a loose ground wire somewhere nearby ?, or double check the fuses under dash both sides. Just a thought, good luck.

Did you test all the wires on the circuit diagram you posted? If not, I would test each wire to see if there power or negative, if youre missing either then you can track further up.

Yes, there is indeed a fog light relay inside the control module and I hear audible clicks when toggle on and off the fog lights. Just make sure the connector is fully inserted and does not have any pin push back to loose contacts to that module.
