Engine coolant pipe o-ring size
I destroyed the new o-ring when i tried to fit the water outlet and i do not find the old one so i can take measurements 
it is the o-ring between the water outlet/distributor thingy with the radiator cap and the pipe coming from the engine.
The Lexus part number is 96761-35025
Does anyone know the size of this o-ring so i can buy it at my local parts shop in Sweden?

Don't know the size. This site will ship most anywhere in the world but of course you'll have to wait which you should. Do the job right with the correct part.

Or put a caliper on the pipe, get a generic O-ring and hope for the best.

You can remove the tube, theres another o-ring the exact same on the other end. and take it to an auto parts store and match it. If you are not able to find the measurements. Or just take the housing and match it up
