Looks like it, but I guess it could have been painted... isn't there more chrome around the gauges?

Edit, pic from a prior post for comparison. Maybe not on the chrome...

Lv read the description carefully.....It says the lower display portion is cracked....be careful.

You can see that it is a 2001+ bezel, since the turn indicators are at a lower place compared to the 98 -00 version.

If it is a 2001... Check to see if it includes the turn signals. They are not included when you buy the part from Lexus. I bought mine and had to get the turn signals and plugs. They are diferent from 98-00 and 01+. I hope this helps.
