Hello everyone I'm new to this forum. I'm searching for some help. I just recently purchased a Lexus GS300/2005 from a police auction. So it does not give me no power at all nothing Powers up. It did not come with a key I got it towed to the house started digging into it and it is getting no power at all nowhere. Is there something that I'm missing I've done the know once over check

No power is usually easy to troubleshoot. Certain skills are required though. Do you know how to use a voltmeter?

But before you do anything, remove the battery and get it charged and tested. If that's good (the battery), we go to the main fuse yada yada. Get the battery charged and tested and come back here. We will do our best to assist.

Yes I have a multimeter and I'm very fluent using it. I've installed car audio for half of my life. The first thing I've done was take the battery out and charge it to get to advance Auto had them put a load on it in my other vehicle. Battery is fine. So now I'm trying to figure out where the main supply fuse or relay is located and go from there but my OBD is not getting power because I hooked up my scan tool and it cannot communicate for some reason

Thank you for the diagram. I'm going to go out there tomorrow and see what I can do. Also since it's a push to start I would have to have a program to key to wake the car up right or can I just get in with no key and hit the button and it will wake up but it will not detect the key since there's no key present? I called a locksmith here in Virginia and it's going to be $300 and something dollars to make a key in program it because it's pushed to start they say is there anyway I can bypass that awake the car without a key?

just curious how much does a GS go for at a police auction ? I guess they took it from a drug dealer and didn’t bother to get the keys lol
