Recommend new torque wrench - full range!
221006: Received the UYECOVE 1/4" 20-200inlbs from Amazon yesterday, the workmanship is very good, the steel rod is etched but not deep, the aluminum ring is painted and may not be durable. When not in use, put it in the loosest place below 20inlbs. Factory calibrated to 40/120/200inlbs points 0.52/0.04/0.48%. Length 9.5", the maximum available arm is 8-11/16" at the end of the end cap, and the minimum arm and the end of the collar are 6-3/4 ". For calibration, I used Dewalt tools 2Lb15oz, 5Lb11.5oz, motor 16Lb7oz, and the measurement has a hysteresis. The following results were obtained: 20inLbs=>21.152=+1.06%, 40inLbs=>41.82=+1.05%, 140inLbs=>147.9=+1.06%
Compared to Harbor 5-80ftLbs, 12ftLbs=144inLbs=>136.64=-1.05%
I have no relation nor contacted the seller. As you know, 20-200inLbs torque wrench is the most of problems or no click sound. Although this one uses traditional spec - 20% of full range at low end, my test shows it can be used at 20inLbs. At low range you see at set point it slides and obvious "Ge" sound, at higher range you hear "Ge-Den" sounds.
Just on Market from Sept so price dead cheap!!!
