Default 2001 gs300 throwing p1121 code

Hello fellow gs owners I need some input my friends so my car threw the p1121 code and the mechanic recommended I replace the throttle body so I did and a couple months passed and again my car messed up and goes into limp mode again and throws this code again, I was wondering if could it be that I have like a short in my wiring? Or could it just be that my apps went out also?

Weird coincidence but worth changing the apps if you haven’t yet they usually go bad after 100k. Did you use a brand new throttle body?
