Default Brake issue

Hi there, I was hoping someone could help me with this issue. I’m not throwing any lights but for some reason my brake pedal is not retracting completely after pressing down. It comes back about 95% but not completely. Because of this, the brake lights remain on until manually pulled back. I have tried replacing the brake booster assembly but now sticks in multiple places and still doesn’t retract completely. Any help would be much appreciated.

Tried spraying some WD40 on the hinge? Could just be sticking there.
