Default Need help! Swapping doors

So I recently picked up some doors for a '03 GS 430 and I went to swap them onto my gs400 with the intent of swapping the wiring harness and internal guts and interior to make the outside look nice again. My issue is that. I couldn't figure out how to remove the harness since it's secured from the inside as well as not being able to figure out how to separate the outer door panel from the inner to access the harness. I would have just did a plug and play and just swapped everything but the GS 430 had the Mark Levinson speakers and the harness didn't match up to my door panel anyway. Is there something that I'm missing here to swap the harnesses?

changing a door panel on the gs is very easy YouTube has a video just google changing speakers Lexus GS. It’s a couple Phillips screws and clips it pops off but you have to know where to pull it from which is where the video explains.I just swapped a door on my rx the other day it’s standard on most cars so GS should be the same. Open the door and inside where the hinges are that connect the door there’s a rubber boot connecting to the car. Pull it off and the wiring harness connects inside there.

I actually was able to get it all done last night. Well 2 out of the 3 doors. Mine had extra zip ties and stuff on the harness in the door making it hard to remove it. But once I was done I put it all in the good door and then the doors went on. It was extremely hard getting them on by myself. I used wood on a jack to give it support then lined it up haha

She's not weak lol. We do go to the gym though but we're not ripped or anything. I got the final door done today and I used the jack to hold the door up and lined it up right the first try. It was nuts.
