Hello

I have this lite on my dash that to my understanding is for a rear light that's out.

Standing behind the car while lights are on and someone standing on the brake, I cant see any lite out?

Has anyone experienced this?

There are a total of three bulbs behind the red part in each outer tail light. One in each can be tough to miss. The dash warning also indicates a brake bulb out, which with the dual-filament bulbs, can appear fine when you're not stepping on the pedal.

 

Also if the bulbs were replaced with LEDs without any kind of resistor it’ll show as a light out, even though they’re working.
