Default rear tail lamp warning light won't shut off

I replaced the drivers side tail light and that warning light will not shut off. Anyone have a solution for this? I'm positive no other lights are out too.

Well evidently an other light is still out... Did you check your third brake light as well? If you're completely convinced that there aren't any other bulbs out, you can disable it using this method:

Disable brake in-dash warning light

Do
not disable fix it. Remove all your taillight bulbs and lookfor discoloration. If all is good ,reinstall and replace the third brake light bulb from the dealer. That sjhould take care of your problem, oh replace any discoloration bulb.
