OBD port not working

Hello, I cant connect any OBD reader to my 98 GS300. I tryed 3 different diagnostic tools and programs but non of them connected. What could be wrong ?

Check the OBD fuse.

Potentially obvious question, but just in case. Did you try it with the car running?

yes, i tried it with car of, just the ognition on and with the car running
