Default Line output converter

I'm installing a sound system in my 99 gs300 and need some help. I have a double din installed and working correctly and am now stuck on the hi low converter. The first pic I attached is my power, remote and rca lines. Second pic is my power, ground, and remote installed onto my amp. The third pic is my rca coming from the double din and rca from my hi low converter installed onto my amp, my question is is this set up correct? The fourth pic is how I have my hi low converter connected, I have a black n grey wire connected together and tapped into the yellow wire of my factory sub, and another grey and white wire connected togather and tapped into the black wire of my factory sub, is this correct? Last pic is the hi low converter i am
