I have a 2002 gs430 i replaces the alternator the plug was burned so i pined them and is pined like this left to right os yellow and blue/red/red and green all my acc turns on but when i crank it , it dosent crank y replaced the battery to some help pleas

 

Do the idiot lights on the dash dim when the key is held in start?
