My '98 GS300 appears to have developed a faulty radio. FM stations do not play although AM stations are fine. The radio is combined with the early Lexus navigation.
No big deal given the age of the car but has anyone experienced similar?
Still have not got to the bottom of this but it's looking like a failure of the FM section within the factory radio. Second call for any experience of this.
Most frustrating is that I cannot play iRadiophilly from my iPhone through a bluetooth adaptor to an unused FM frequency. I'm thinking of getting one of those bluetooth cassette adaptors they advertise on Amazon.
I had good experience with https://www.factoryradioservice.com/ - added an aux jack, bluetooth and replaced the LCD screen on my GS400 Pioneer unit. Quick turn around, too. A little far from the UK of course, but a potential option.
