Hello everyone new to the forum and want to start off by saying yes, I did use the search feature.... lol

I just purchased a pretty clean 2002 GS430. So far my only gripe with the car is that the navigation system won’t let me get past the “I agree” screen. The touchscreen works, radio works, climate control works, but nav does not nor does any corresponding nav button either because the “I agree” prompt just pulls up if I press those buttons and is highlighted if I pressed “I agree”. Furthermore I cannot eject the desk out of the nav dvd drive in the trunk. Please see attached for a better understanding of what’s going on. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
