My brakes on my 2001 Gs300 have started acting funny. It started showing that the brake vsc abs vsc/off lights are on the dash. I can push the brake petal but its barely engaging the brakes. I ran a system check on the car and it gave me these codes c0200,c1241,c1246,c1251,c1252,c1256,c1223. Really could use some helpful info on this one not to sure where to start from
The second code you posted is Low Battery Voltage. I'd check that, replace the battery if necessary, and reset the codes. Low voltage could cause all kinds of electrical buggery.
For reference, you could have googled the codes yourself the same way I did.
C0200 is Right Front ABS Sensor Malfunction
C1241 is Low Battery Voltage
C1246 is Master Cylinder Malfunction
C1251 is ABS Pump Motor Malfunction
C1252 is ABS Pump Motor Running too Long
C1256 is Accumulator Pressure Low
C1223 is Left Rear ABS Sensor Input Zero
If the battery doesn't solve the problem, something in your ABS pump/master cylinder (they're one unit) is bad. Good luck finding a good used one, since a new one is $3k from the dealer.

This is usually the complete master/accumulator assembly. Can get a low miles JDM one on fleabay for $250. I had to on my 98 last year.
