How can I know my power steering fluid is low by looking at my dip stick ?

You can't, they're unrelated. In the V8 cars, your power steering reservoir is see-through and has a high and low mark. It says "Power Steering Fluid" on the cap.

The yellow dipstick is for engine oil.

What do you have, a GS300 or 400? I don't know about the 400, but my 98 300 has a full metal reservoir and a dipstick with a full cold and full hot mark...
