Default Left valve cover vent



Anyone know how to reinstall this vent valve on the left valve cover when I put mine back in it sits loosely have searched everything cannot find anything related to this 90 degree barb.

The passenger side is a pressed in fitting and the driver side is the PCV valve. You must have been pulling on that elbow pretty hard when you removed it. You need to press it back in and if you can not press it back in then you will need to tap it to make threads and get a different style of elbow probably at your local hardware store if you want it to seal properly. Otherwise a used valve cover will work also if you have to go that route but those are mainly your 3 options.
