Front lower control arms
So I had these front lower control arms installed with the figs bushings, Now the car really jumps sideways when going over bumps. I know with some suspension components they must be installed either with the weight of the car on the ground before they are tightened or the weight of the car off the ground before tightened. Does it matter with these? thanks guys!

Alignment
Yes I got an alignment and it still was very squirley. I suspected the suspension should have weight on it before torquing as the manuel
suggests. Thanks so much. I am going to loosen them and then torque them and then realign.

There are two different design of the Figs #2 control arm bushings, one is designed to change the caster and the other is for stock replacement. If you have the adjustable bushings they have to be installed in a certain position to get the full benefit. If not installed correctly that can cause issues you mentioned.
Put your car on a pair of ramps, loosen and retorque the #2 control arm bushings. Also, inspect and torque all the other bushings and fasteners. Check, replace your sway bar end link bushings.
As mentioned about check you ball joint.
