Default Driver side headlight light bulb replacement

First of all, I have a 2000 GS300. Does anyone has problem removing the driver side light bulb? These are standard halogen light bulb, nothing fancy. The passenger side is no problem, plenty of room to put your hand in there. But the driver side, there are a bunch of cable loom and very rigid, I can't put my hand in there to remove the bulb. Anyone has an easy way to do it? I am hoping someone here can give me some pointers.
