Exclamation Rear Sway Bar Bushing Bracket Bolt

I was upgrading my stock sway bar to a Megan Racing sway bar. Long story short I did everything except 2 bolts for the bracket holding the sway bar bushing. While taking the stock sway bar off, the old 20 year old bolts snapped/sheared. I'm going to try using a stud extractor kit to take the broke bolts out. If not then I will drill and retap, however, I need bolts to put into the holes to hold up the bracket. I can't find it for the life of me. I'm not sure if the 12mm bolt holding the bracket is a standard bolt that I can get from anywhere, so I just need ideas, part numbers, anything. Last resort is going to a junkyard and taking it off of one (for it to possibly break on me too). Preferably a couple new bolts.

The nuts on the back of the rear sway bar bracket should just be weld-nuts. You can grind these off if you can get access to them and just use a regular bolt and net to replace them. Other members have done this in the past after running into this same issue

It does look like its just a nut welded onto a tab. I'll try a grinder with a cut off wheel and fasten with a bolt, nut, and washer.

I seem to recall these just being standard Grade 8 M8. I'd try that before cutting anything. I had to drill out and tap two of mine as well.
