performance upgrades
i own a gs300 now and really want a gs 400 what performance mods can i do to make my car faster . i want only things that really give hp. can u guys tell me the names any pics and prices i also want a new front bumper whats the nicest one out there

its a 1999 the money is not a big factor i need it to be reliable though. i was thinking of a low boost turbo but i live in vegas and the heat in the summer is bad on turbo cars! but i like the front bumper i think its called 4 l ? it has the opening for an intercooler what other mods . im really thinking of trading it in and buying a 400 . its an awesome car for crusing but not for speed ! what do u guys think
