Anyone out there own an '03 G3 SportDesign? Has to be the best looking GS yet, especially with the saddle leather. And all GS3s should have the SD suspension. Now all it needs is a 20 bump in hp! Then it competes and maybe wins against the BMW 530i.

I'm just about ready to get my '03 SportDesign. It may be possible to get that additional 20HP from intake and exhaust mods alone. We'll see soon enough.

They've added an exclusive color - Graphite (dark gray). The saddle interior really sets this car apart from the others. It's the same Saddle as the SC430, a combination of Saddle and Black and looks great with all 3 exterior color choices (black, white, and graphite). And it's not just a trim package, you get an upgraded suspension as well. Good Job Lexus!

The Graphite color is also availble for the 02 SD. The upgraded suspension is over-rated as it is only different shocks (ltuned). But the saddle leather looks amazing especially with black ext. It is too bad they did not carry over the black wood of the 02 SD's. A blackwood steering wheel would be

Mine has about 2500 miles on it. Traded in my '01 GS300. Big difference in the suspension, much tighter.
Still wish for the 20 extra hp.....Black exterior with Saddle leather and black interior. Very nice....

I just got a black/saddle Sportdesign and it is much stiffer in terms of ride, handling and steering feel. I was close to shelling out the extra money for a 530i (the suspension of the standard GS dissapointed me, no offense). Luckily, lexus came out with this gorgeous interor that never fails to turn heads (or draw the occassional crowd) and combined it with a great ride/handling combo.

The blackwood wheel looks good with black interior but with the new saddle skins, the walnut color looks great. The brushed aluminum instrument panel looks cool also.
