Default Can anyone help me identify these...

i pulled my dash again to work on the bad hvac box, replaced the box and now i cant identify where these 2 parts go. while i was working on the car i sanded the surface rust and rattle canned these just for giggles so they now match my suspension components and BBK. anyways, i think the spring goes on or around the trunk pop or ebrake but i dont see where it goes and i cannot for the life of me find this bracket and i dont want to put the dash back in until i can find it as i dont wanna do the labor again.

Appears the loose part has "L" stamped on it, so guessing there's a matching part with "R" on it... glovebox area, for support?

that kind of makes sense since i am having some brake issues (i forgot to plug one of the ECU's back up abd it was like i had no power steering, reminded me of my jeep days)... and then when i did plug them back up the pedal itself clicks some. do you mind snapping a picture of it for me?

yeah but there there isnt one, no other bracket with a R on it and im not missing anything (except the location of these 2 pieces). i looked back at some old threads including the one i used to help me tear this down and i dont see anything like this on the glovebox area
