A/C and alternator problems
Hi All,
2002 GS300 sportdesign, ML/Nav package....11K miles
ready to go out this morning, started the car, switched on the A/C, and saw the alternator light (battery icon) illuminate, accompanied by that burning smell we all know-too-well as a belt thrown. A/C wouldn't run, and alternator wouldn't go. Switched off the A/C, and the light went out. Drove to my lexus stealer, and they said "boy you can't drive the car like this!" no $hit, huh? Has anybody else encountered this problem?
