Few years ago I removed navigation from the trunk. Because after that it needs "modification" to have left speakers working without navi ECU, I had to do something like on the picture below.
Everything was fine for years, but today (when cleaning car) by mistake I put cables in wrong order....my fault...after that LCD is blank - nothing is working, power button under the screen, nothing.
Car is staring ok

I checked all (under the hood and on the passanger's side) fuses - looks fine.

What could be the reason?
