Default Clutch pedal advice

For those who have done a manual swap, I need advice. I have a mk3 supra clutch pedal. I removed the stock parking brake and unbolted the abs ecu that is in the way. How did you go about mounting the clutch pedal, and what did you do with the brake pedal. The mk3 pedal sits too far to the right and overlaps the brake pedal. I will have the pedal cut and rewelded so it sits farther left and I will be cutting the stock brake pedal pretty much in half. Also, where did you relocate the ecu. I unbolted mine and tucked it as far to the left as possible but the harness is too short. Ideally I want to have the abs ecu mounted where the the parking brake used to be. Any advice would be helpful.
