Default Lseat.com Warning and Help Requested

After searching around for a company to make leather seat covers for my 2001 GS430 at an affordable price, I settled on lseat.com and I was very dissapointed. They originally did not offer seats for my 2gs but I worked out a deal to send in my originals as a template for them to use. I asked for the recreated items to be done in black, but when I received them a month later they were in gray. Along with them being the wrong color, I was missing many items that I sent in. This included a bracket for the front seats that attaches to the side airbag and a back panel to my front seat. To get back in contact with them was near impossible, but eventually they agreed to take back the ones in the wrong color. The order originally was placed in April. It is now September and I have finally received the black set. This new set now has been done in synthetic leather which again is not what we agreed on because it was suppose to be genuine leather. I did not expect them to reattach the metal brackets for my seat, but I did want it to be returned to me so I could just install it myself. I have not received the metal brackets back. I have not received my back panel. Now I did not receive back the top for my center console. I don't expect the items to be perfect, but I did expect what I sent with my seat covers to be returned. My car has been sitting for over 5 months with no covers. I really don't know what to do and was hoping if anyone had any suggestions as to what my next steps should be.

Maybe let them know you are going to have your Credit Card refund your purchase if they do not resolve the issue(s). OR just do it and start working with another company.

Talk to a lawyer. Maybe have them send a letter.
