Default Display screen

I have a 2009 Lexus IS 250. Last summer my display screen stopped working. The map would start freaking out and flying from block to block when my car wasn't even moving and occasionally, no matter how hard I pressed, I could not change the radio station or temperature of my car. I had it fixed only to have it repeat the same problem a year later. This is a completely new screen that start malfunctioning after 11 months. It has the same issues with a new flaw. Now it function just fine in hot outside temperatures, but when the weather is cool or cold it wont work at all. Has anyone experience this before or know why it would do this?
