Who has the best strut bar out there?

I believe all strut tower bars clear the 430. It's the 300 engine cover you have to worry about.

Maybe move the thread to the suspension and brake section to get a more definitive answer.

my custom one does..........pete (phml) made it and chris (ck6speed) sold it to me after he owned it.










well i have a slight rub but mine is from the engine/tranny mount being blown when the engine shifts it rubs a tad but will be fixed soon

I saw that thread he mentioned it's a Carson Tuned Strut Bar but is it real?

not sure how much taller the GS430 engine covers are but here's mine.

Hey John, take a look at Coco-bun's strut tower bar. Thats the one I was telling you about in the PM. Thats the 1st gen JDM Aristo bar off the Turbo model. Looks like it clears with plenty of room and in my opinion the best looking.

I would love to get that. But that is a GS400. I think the GS430 engine cover is a bit higher. And this has been a known issue.

Anyone got a STB on a GS430 without any modification to fit it over the engine cover?

one of my personal favs also. looks good painted as coco did and its functional

although i dont know for 100% fact it will clear the gs430 cover although im 99% sure it should lol
