Default Timing belt

Quick question from a total Lexus newbie.

I'm going to get the timing belt & water pump replaced on my 2002 GS 430.
Since I'm going to be paying for all that labor anyway, what else do you recommend I get replaced?

Thanks in advance!

If you have brown rad tanks, might as well replace that too, while you've got it removed. Not a big job on its own though, should you choose to forego it this time.
