Alternator Pigtails
For those of you that have changed your alternator and either damaged or managed to pull the wires out of the clip that goes from the harness to the alternator, I've found an easy fix! A few years back my brother changed the alternator and manged to break the clip that plugs into the alternator. So as a quick fix we crimped 3 female terminals to the wire ends and connected them to the alternator. After having a fuse issue last week (See my post titled " Another My Battery, My Alternator, My Battery and My Alternator"

Being I thought it could be the issue with the harness finally catching up I did some research and found a direct plug and play pigtail from this company: Pigtail cost 10,00 and all you have to do is connect the three wires from the harness to the clip.

Hope this helps you guys/gals out!

If you mean the voltage regulator plug, then with the release push tab on the plug facing you this is the order: WHITE on the left, RED in the middle, PINK on the right

I find in repairing connectors; that it is much easier and quicker to just replace the broken plastic connector and leave the female leads intact and push them in the new connector, Toyota # 90980-11349 for the alternator.
