Tire size help

So I've searched and searched, looked at a lot of pictures but here it goes, I bought a set of TrafficStar RT5 20x9 +30 / 20x10.5 +29, I'm looking to slam it on BC coilovers with swift springs 22K/18K spring rates. I cannot decide on what tire sizes I want / or need to run. As of right now I'm thinking 235/30 front and 255/30 rear. Please let me know your thoughts....MD roads are fairly good shape...
