Default Steering wheel

The telescopic steering acts funny it won't go up and down

lol, okay..
check fuses,
check both motors on the column,
Check for binding on the sliding/telescoping mechanism.

Mine did the same, I took it apart and greased the tilt motor to no avail. However, since it's stuck in the correct position I haven't worried about it too much.

Try resetting the ecu. That worked for me for some reason.

The tilt motor can be bad also.
