So I just bought my first car it's a 2003 Lexus gs300 fully loaded put some big boys rims on it. I need to be able to pplay my own music does anyone know of any dash kits that I can put in my GS300 my car has navigation and the screen so it's been hard trying to find something but any help would be appreciated. I just wanna play my music from my phone through the car.
Jayrod39,
First, Welcome to the club and forum.
Second, You mention this, my car has navigation and the screen.
Third, Check this on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw...Radio&_sacat=0
Fourth, I see a guy on ebay that you send your radio to him and he made a aux button in one of the corner of you own radio. Also, think I read something about this aux plug button that someone made it here in the forum, but I do not remember much. I hope you find a solution soon.

Jayrod,
You need to google around. I did the posting that Mcon listed, but I believe it does not work with a navi unit. I think you may need to replace the whole HU if you can't find a solution on CL.

I used a Grom unit, works perfectly with my ML nav. Provides a 3.5mm aux, USB, and 30-pin iPod connection. They also have options for Lightning connector and Bluetooth. Only a couple of times has it interfered with the stock operation, but it has never not worked after a restart. That is the extent of the issues I've had in a year of using it. Entirely plug and play.
