Default Strange tick tick sound from front drivers side wheel area.

As the title says, when driving there's a strange tick tick, click sound like plastic on plastic or something like that coming from the front left side of the car. I think it's continuous but becomes louder when driving at around 15-20 miles per hour, after that combination of wind noise and my MF Mufflers drown the sound out. Could hear it when the window is up and down. I thought it was that little lexus emblem on the wheel, in between the lug nuts being loose but after some inspection seems like it's being held tightly.
Any ideas?

Could be a wheel bearing on its way to failuretown.

Could also be a loose spark plug. They make a similar tick-tick sound when loose.
Just my $.02

Now what if the noise is coming from the rear? I had my mufflers cut and replaced with Magnaflows about a year ago, and the hooks were cut and instead had sticks welded from the mufflers to the underbody of the car could it be that?

I doubt it could be that since it gets louder as you pick up speed. I had the same tick noise and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. BUT check your tires first, it could be some thing simple like a rock lodged in the tires thread or a nail.

Ok, so Ive got an update. It's not anything with rocks sitting around, and when I took the car to road test it with my uncle it never made the noise... but he was telling me that if it was the wheel bearing that there would be a humming noise not a tic toc kinda metal on metal noise. I have my suspinsions something related to the suspension under the body in the rear. But not sure, what exactly. Maybe the springs in the rear? Maybe the axle?
