Default Air is not blowing!!

I have a 98 Lexus gs300. It has roughly 180,000 miles on it.
Problem:
- when the A/C or Heat is turned on, there is no air blowing out.
- everything shows as if it is preparing to blow out and nothing happens.

What I know:
- that i can hear the servos working as i crank the heat up or lower the temp for colder air.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hello, welcome to Club Lexus

Sorry to hear about your problems. First thing that comes to mind is somethings going on with the blower. Before saying it may be a bad motor, I say check and replace the relay.

Refer to this thread for some steps to take, good luck:

You may have a bad blower resistor. Have you taken out the blower motor and ran it to 12V direct to see if works?

You can try to add a chassis ground to the blower wire itself. The ground wire tap into it and ground it to the chassis. If you blower comes on full blast it confirms the resistor is bad. You won't be able to control the fan speed setting though.
