paint code

Fellas, I need to buy that paint chip pen.........first of all is it worth it and second where do I look to find the paint code in my '99 gs 300.

ps .........can a stillen strut tower bar from a 98 max be modified to fit the gs? One other thing my sub isn't working....getting a buzzing noise.....please help!

The paint code can be found on the driver side sticker. It's right under the bar code and start with "CTR: (Paint code number)." I hope this helps.

Actually...is there a list somewhere that tranlates GS paint colors to these numbers?

That info would be good "sticky" information.

BTW..has anyone tried this "new" pen technique referenced above?
