I have and Sc300 doing the swap....i have a full V300 clip seats and all...but is the tranny in the v300 the same as the one in the usdm supra's...also how much hp can they take iam hoping for 500rwhp i have sp67gt kit..thanks for any help

 

it should be the same 4-speed auto. In Japan the V300s get E-shift tho. USDM Supra only has sport-manual mode or something, doesn't work too well i guess.

500rwhp, could be pushing it. I've heard around 400~450rwhp max for that auto (it's already really good. I don't know any other auto trannys that can take even 300~350rwhp.)

you might wanna ask fellow CL member "v300". He did the swap, and probably knows more about it than Toyota mechanics.
