Default WTF is this sound????

So on my way home from work yesterday, I noticed a really loud squeak coming from the drivers side front of my car. By the time i got home, it was squeaking over every single bump the entire ride. I jacked up the car, took the wheel off and everything seemed fine Put the wheel back on, test drove it/drover it to work today and didn't make a sound. 98 Lexus GS400

Any idea wtf this sound is. Here is a video of me pulling up on the fender recreating it!

Car has new Front sway bar bushings, steering rack bushings, caster arm bushings, new ball joint and inner tie rods. It's definitely suspension related, but what is the question...

I do need new shocks, and when I was driving home when it first started that was my first assumption... but when taking the wheel off and putting it back on fixed the sound, I'm stumped.

Have someone move the car that way again and use a hose to pinpoint exactly where its coming from.

Honestly, sounds like the lower control arm, has it rained lately? The rain could have cleaned it all up and left it dry. If the bushings are ok, you might be able to get away with packing it with grease.
