Default Weld Wheel Fitment

I'm looking to get a double staggered setup on my GS.
Its lowered slightly on coilovers 2 finger wheel gap. procharged LS2/6spd.
currently running 18x8.5 +35 255/40/18 and 18x9.5 +35 285/35/18

I read that wheels that fit on stock bodied supras will fit on the GS so i've been looking at some Supra drag setups that are offered online.

Can anyone tell me if how these sizes/offsets will fit and what kind of mods will be needed if any?
looking at Weld RS-T S71 or S77 wheels, 18x9-10 fronts and 17x10-11 rears running 295 or alittle bigger.

FRONT
SPECIFICATIONS
WHEEL BOLT PATTERN
5x4.5
WHEEL DIAMETER
18"
WHEEL WIDTH
9"
WHEEL OFFSET
+28
WHEEL BACK SPACE
6.10

REAR
WHEEL BOLT PATTERN
5 x 4.5
WHEEL DIAMETER
17"
WHEEL WIDTH
10.5"
WHEEL OFFSET
+77
WHEEL BACK SPACE
8.8

attached is Weld's supra fitment guide.

thanks!
Will

The front +28 would fit. I have no idea about the +77 in the rear.

Any photos of your car?

You would not poke out. This thread is super helpful in visually seeing how it would look as well- https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...-05-sc430.html

Any photos of under the hood?

No pictures yet. I should have the procharger/FMIC/meth setup in by the end of the year if I have time to work on it.

I've been looking in this thread too.

The rears will sit too far inward and hit the suspension. If you are on coilovers, you would need somewhere around a 10 mm spacer to get the wheel off of the suspension. If on lowering springs, possibly a slightly bigger spacer.

Fronts are fine. If you were slammed you could possibly need a slight stretch or fender work, but it looks like you want to run a drag package so you should be fine at that height.

thanks for the input.

I believe PHR sells a .5" hubcentric spacer for weld wheels on supras. That should space me out enough.
I read that the Supra guys clear the rear suspension when they are ride height but when jacked up it will hit.
