Default window master switch repair/rebuild

Anyone taken the window master switch apart and repaired it? The driver button on mine is broken so I ordered another one off ebay and that one's is broken too! Can I take it apart and replace the driver switch on mine with one of the other working switches off the ebay one?

How do you know the driver side button is broken? It could be the black MPX box if your issue is that the window will not roll down.

for those wondering yes this switch can be rebuilt and probably with any toyota master switch that looks similar. There is a small fragile T shaped piece of plastic that brakes from wear and just needs replacing. No biggee.
