Ok I've found the problem.
It's a slow/Small leak from a tube that goes from the water pump to the block.
See pics below

Now I need help
Can I just replace that tube?

Once you loosen up the two bolts on top and pull this piece off you should have some o rings inside there. Those o rings are probably bad. I would also personally recommend switching over to the factory Toyota red coolant as well when you change those o rings out.

Usually it will leak from the weep hole or you would hear a bad bearing inside the water pump but it looks like this leak is just from the pipe coming from the cylinder head and going to the rear housing of the water pump but not the water pump itself.

So, how much cost that part with the O ring, if you found out?

Good to know. Thanks. Also, I am 100% agree with you to buy shwalker07 that you need the original coolant. The original coolant has an additive (oil) that keeps lubricated the O rims that you have to change now, the internal components of the water pump and O rim of the thermostat. The coolant to keep more lubricated the O ring, the O rims last longer. Right?

Yes the factory Toyota coolant has certain additives and excellent corrosion protection that are made for our engines vs the standard multi purpose coolant. If you don't use the factory Toyota coolant then I would recommend Zerex Asian vehicle coolant as a 2nd choice.

when i was in dubai in 120 degree weather at1pm i acciedently let the 98 gs4 with ac on for three hours, came back and still was purring and fell like a freezer inside, temp needle smack in the middle as always

do a coolant flush every year with red long life red and change out the water pump, thermostat and gasket every 90k and synthetic oil every 5k and your good to go!
