Agreed. And a floaty suspension will make that a more nerve-wracking experience.

What the hey, I'll add my 2 cents...

First, all the vehicles I have ever owned exhibit the same unstable behavior when being passed or passing a big rig as described. Second, I don't think it's simply that the GS stock suspension sucks, its more that the car is so darn capable of exceeding the stock suspension that gets everyone into trouble. Third, my GS has also been in the shop more than ANY other vehicle I have ever owned. The difference is in the service and the fact that every major issue has been quickly addressed and a Lexus rental provided during any down time. I may be in trouble when my extended warranty expires in 9 months.

Two things
1. I don't get a push/pull as described while passing (that is totally normal especially with a crosswind). I get a choppy/loose feeling from the rear of the car when I am in the vicinity of the trucks (normally, with one on my side and one up front) - almost feels like the rear of the car is being lifted.
2. I would be curious to know if the people who don't have this problem have the rear spoiler. It would seem to me that that "might" be the cause of this.

I have the spoiler and have never experienced the problem being discussed. Not sure if they're related but there it is.

(assuming the truck is on the right). so you are trying to counter this by pulling left a little, then as soon as you pass the truck, there is regular air pressure there, so it pushes your car back stable again, but since you have been pulling left, your car might go left real quick til you get it straight again.... here's a quick pic
Wow, I had a flashback to college physics...FYI, the described phenomenon is called bernoulli's principle. A better suspension should help rectify this problem, but it will always be noticable to an extent.

Default I have the factory spoiler

And haven't noticed what you're describing. I 'm assuming it's something that would be easily noticable {?), but I'll be mindful of it to see, the next time I'm on the highway. Cheers.
