This Lexus seems to have a mind of its own & my mechanic, who is very talented, is about to take a sledgehammer to it. The telescopic wheel, passenger seat, moonroof, memory seat, and trunk release will go in and out of operation, but mostly out. They don't always all stop at the same time and seems to be no rhyme or reason to why this is all happening. I sure can't sell it until the problem is discovered....any ideas or previous experience with this?

 

try replacing the battery in the key. my car did very funny stuff when the key battery was going out.
interior lights, steering wheel, seats.
