Unit model: Mark Levinson with Navigation.

Hi guys, my AM/FM on my radio isn't working. All I hear is static noise, but there is no way of changing the station. The station display is blank and when I try to switch over to FM, it doesn't do anything. If you guy can please help me out, that would be awesome. The fuses are good and the back antenna is plugged into the radio.

I thought it might have been that the radio unit is bad but my other Navi function works, it's only am/fm button that isn't functioning...
