After extensive research on all of the aftermarket options, for a non-race car, I'd recommend OEM. It hurts the wallet a little bit more, but peace of mind for the next 50-100k miles on the drivetrain is cheap insurance.
i think they got great parts a lot of time equivalent to oem..just google the different brands that they have and you'll determine the best ones pretty quick. Their shipping is much faster then Sewell also, seems Sewell sits on orders in my experiences, I'm happy for our CL discounts with them but they're no Amazon Prime, Usually when I buy from RockAuto I get a shipment confirmation same day. I've done my mounts about 6 months ago and they're doing great from rock auto.
I just did a quick search, I did it on my RX also went with DEA mounts that was done in May 2014 holding up great.
For the GS in July 2014 I did my mounts. They had Becks Arnley and some say those are OEM reboxed, I don't know for sure, but personally I'm not paying OEM prices for a non moving rubber and hunk of metal.
If you search under my name you'll see I did my entire suspension rebuild using RockAuto parts also, this was after doing a full suspension rebuild on my other GS from parts from Sewell OEM lexus. After driving them both for over a year or two neither makes any noises what so ever, therefore no need to pay 1.5X the prices.
Parts list for mounts for V8:
LEXUS GS430 4.3L V8
BECK/ARNLEY 1042051 (104-2051) Transmission Mount $ 40.99
BECK/ARNLEY 1041817 (104-1817) Motor Mount $ 64.89 (2 pieces 129.78)
I'm pretty happy with my megan racing ones. I usually hate anything from MR but they were the only company who were making ones stiffer than the OEM style ones. No complaints so far.
