I do not want to paint it. I want to buy a grill that is black, has a black frame, and has the stock Lexus emblem on it.

Does something like this exist?

 

My car came with it, with black pearl emblems as well. i have a 2000 GS400 Platinum series

No, all Platinum Edition GS's came with black pearl emblems.

There is no such thing as an OEM style black grille. You will have to paint yours for the desired effect.

Plasti-Dipped mine and did a carbon fiber overlay on the "L"

 

Fairly certain I've seen the grayish black emblems from the platinum editions for sale brand new oem on eBay you could put the emblem in your grille then paint the chrome on the edges of the grille
